Social Media Manager

Requirements:2-3 years experience. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your creativity and digital marketing skills to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Create magnetic / original content across all social media platforms. Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns. Familiarity with social media management platforms for scheduling and monitoring posts. Knowledgable in music is a big plus. Up on all the trends and editing and so much more.

Social Media Coordinator

Requirements: 1-2 years experience. Hype girl position! Must love to be on camera. We are looking for content creators with a fearless mindset. From BTS to influencer content, you will be a huge asset to building out our TBJ community. Knowledgable in music a plus. Editing skills a must.

FOH Associate

Requirements: 1-2 years experience. Position includes strong sales background, excellent customer service, multitasking, hype girl personality & a team player.

Spark Artist

Requirements: 1-2 experience. Position includes high endurance level, good vision, detailed oriented, fearless when building relationships with customers, sales skills & a hustle mindset, previous jewelry experience a plus.

E-Commerce Specialist

Requirements: 2-3 years experience. Shopify savvy, shipping & packaging orders, ordering of supplies, purchasing, maintaining inventory, preparation of orders, maintaining website, excellent written & verbal skills, customer service slayer, coding is a plus but not required.

Graphic Designer - All things graphic

Requirements: 2-3 years experience desired. Position includes merch development, email marketing, Pinterest & website banners, social & special projects flyers, newsletter & logo design/development. Responsible for all of TBJ'S branded materials from design to production. Freehand drawing skills a plus.
